What is Flowise Leadership ?

I created FloWise Leadership in 2024 to offer a transformational coaching program for leaders and executives. I created this during a fork in the road in my journey of transition from an executive job for a $10Billion dollar company overseeing a large P&L, teams of teams and driving results that have national (public, federal and state) reputation.

I thought to myself, if i had the world’s best coach helping me 1:1 during a transformation, a crisis, a new venture, a critical conversation/presentation with my boss, my team or a promotion/transition what kind of a coach will be helpful to drive results ?

Research and Data is clear: Leaders, executives and emerging leaders are not equipped with the right coaches who can blend lived experience with the power of deep listening to help with radical transformation or to help deliver results. I know many coaches personally helped me over the years and many times i wish i had one at pivotal moments.

The framework of my coaching has 6 core elements:

1)Strengthen the foundation - ethics, integrity and purpose

2)Physical and Breath mastery

3) Trigger Flow States in every aspect

4) Leading with Flow

5) Executive Presence and deep communication and
